Can I return the product?

You have the right to change your mind for fourteen (14) days, counted from the day you received the item. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have purchased any of the following products:

  • Goods which for health or hygiene reasons have been sealed and the seal has been broken by you.
  • Adhesive labels for: spice jars, jars and storage boxes.

How do I make a return?

Click "Submit a Return Request" below or log in to your account.

Submit a return request

1. Log in to your account:
a. Enter your email address in the Email field, then click Continue.
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Return to the online store and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return.
3. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
4. Choose a reason for the return and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

All goods sent back must be wrapped and well packaged. Return all items with original packaging and any tag and package the product so that the product's original packaging is not damaged.

  • You may not tape or stick anything directly on the product's original packaging.
  • Tape the package and wrap it carefully.
  • Stick or tape the return label on the package.
  • Hand in the package to an agent.

When returning, you bear the risk for the item until we have received it. In order for your return to be approved, the item must be returned in good condition. We have the right to deduct the refund amount if the item has been handled in a way that is not necessary to examine it and is returned in a worse condition than the condition you received it.

ATTENTION! It is you as the customer who has the financial responsibility for your return reaching us. Note the package ID on the package that you send back to us and ask for a receipt.

How much does it cost to return an item?

From the time you submit your return to your agent, it can take up to 14 days before you receive your refund. Once our warehouse has received and approved your return, we will refund you the full value of the product. We reserve the right to deduct a cost of SEK 49 for return shipping. If the package is returned by an agent, we charge an administration fee of SEK 99.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product. If you have paid via Klarna, your account or invoice with Klarna will be credited with the respective amount for the product you returned.

If you have paid by card or used direct payment, the refund will be made within 5 working days from when we received your return.

How do I exchange an item?

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days after you receive your shipment. If you want to make a return, contact us at info@sortix.se and state your name and order number as well as what you wish to return. We will email you a return slip that can be printed and attached to your package.

How do I advertise an item?

Faults in the product, faulty delivery or transport damage must be reported within a "reasonable time" from the time the fault was discovered. A complaint that is made within 1 month of the error being discovered is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have three years' right to complain.

To complain about the product, contact us and state the reason for the complaint.

If we judge that this is a valid complaint, we will send out a return label that you can use to return the product to us free of charge.

As soon as we have received and processed your complaint, we will either send out a replacement product or credit the cost of the product, depending on what you wish.

We always follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. In case of complaint disputes, we advise you to contact the General Complaints Board, which will help you get the dispute heard. Remember to always create a copy of your complaint in case a dispute arises.

When is a refund made?

Reimbursement of approved returns takes place within 5 days.
