Acceptance of the Terms
By registering an Account or ordering Products, you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you cannot create an Account or order Products.
Amendment of the Terms

Create an Account

Delivery of the Products
Normal delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. During high season and realization, deliveries may take longer, however no longer than thirty (30) days.

Some delivery options may result in a shipping charge in which case this will be stated at the time of ordering. During the order process, you will receive information about the expected delivery time. Please note that delivery of larger packages can be changed to home delivery and smaller packages can be delivered to the post office at your registered address.
We are entitled to charge you for costs incurred as a result of your failure to collect the products in time after they have been delivered to the collection address.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
Customers
We offer our Products to consumers (as defined under national law).
You may not purchase the Products or use the Features if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, unless authorized by your legal guardian.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Price information
You must pay all applicable fees listed on the Website for the Products you ordered. The prices for the Products are set out on the Website and include expressly stated delivery charges, VAT or other charges and taxes (where applicable). We offer payment options in collaboration with Klarna through:

You may be asked to identify yourself and a credit report may be requested by the third party provider. We do not have access to payment details or store any such information in cases where a third party provider is used for payment.
Payment for Products can be made by debit or credit card. You are obliged to keep payment information correct and up-to-date.
We may invoice you for Products in advance or in arrears, at the frequency agreed for the agreed period. You agree to us sending electronic invoices to the email address you provided through your account. You are obliged to keep all payment information correct and up-to-date.
We have the right to carry out a credit check when necessary to be able to offer you a credit.
You undertake to pay within the specified time for the payment method you have chosen. We have the right to close your Account until you have settled your unpaid costs. A late payment may incur late fees and interest.
From time to time we offer gift cards and coupons in accordance with what is described on the Website. These are valid as payment for 12 months or for what is otherwise stated on the gift card or coupon.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility
In the case of Products in physical form, we are responsible for original defects that existed on the Products when they were purchased or delivered to you. A defect that becomes visible within twenty-four (24) months will be deemed to have been there from the beginning, unless we can demonstrate that the defect was not there at the time of purchase or delivery. After twenty-four (24) months, it is up to you to show that the defect was present at the time of purchase or delivery.
We are not responsible for any faults caused by you, for example where you have not followed the maintenance instructions or if you have damaged the Products.
Wrong
Faults in Products are considered to exist in the following cases:

- The Products are in worse condition than expected based on the Products' price, age and other conditions.
Complaint
If you believe that the Products are incorrect, you can complain about them by notifying us via our Contact Details. You must complain within a reasonable time (within two (2) months is always considered a reasonable time). You cannot complain about defects that are discovered later than three (3) years from the time of purchase for the Products.
Your rights in the event of errors in the Products
In case of error, you have the right to:

Delay

Cancellation
You always have the right to cancel the order before the Products have been delivered to you. If you cancel the order, we are entitled to compensation for costs we have incurred in connection with the order.
Third Party Services
Sometimes we use services and/or products from third-party providers. These suppliers act outside of our control and we are not responsible for any damages caused due to an act or omission attributable to such supplier.
We only provide Products for your private use. You may not use Products for commercial purposes and/or for business and resale purposes.
Errors and delays beyond our control (force majeure)
We are not responsible for delays and errors beyond our control. If our suppliers are delayed due to an event beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the damage caused by the delay. If we have complied with this, we will not be liable for errors and delays caused by the Event, but if there is a risk of a material error or delay occurring, you may contact us to terminate the Agreement and obtain a refund for the part of the Products that you have paid for for but not received.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act (Distance Contracts Act), you have a right of withdrawal for fourteen (14) days, counted from the day you received the products.

Effects of the right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will make a refund of all payments we have received from you. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial payment.
Any products that you no longer want must be returned by you. The products must be returned without undue delay and in no event later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal or until we have received proof that the products have been sent by you, whichever is the earlier. occurs first.
