What happens if my order is delayed?
In the event of a delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not accept a new delivery time. If you want to cancel your purchase because of a delayed delivery and have paid in advance, the money will be refunded to the payment method you selected when you placed your order.
You cannot order an item that is not in stock/available for purchase. A delay can therefore only occur if something has gone wrong at our warehouse or during delivery.
Track your parcel
As soon as we start packing your order, we will email you a delivery confirmation with delivery information and a link where you can track your parcel.
